Madoka and Shizu are the same sculpt.

Shizu was most likely updated for her SDGr G release, making the mold slightly different from Madoka. [s] It’s unknown as to whether the same mold is still being used for both girls. The number for this mold is 126. [s]

This sculpt has been released in SD13 G, SDGr G, SD16 G, and SD13 B. Releases have all been in normal resin.
